Waldorf Astoria New York has announced the return of the Guerlain Wellness Spa and Retail Boutiques, reestablishing a cornerstone of luxury and wellness in Manhattan.
Slated to open in late summer, the expansive 30,000-square-foot spa will debut shortly after the hotel’s anticipated reopening this spring, redefining wellness experiences for guests, residents, and New Yorkers alike.
Crafted by Wimberly Interiors, the spa will blend modern elegance with the Art Deco heritage of the iconic hotel, embodying Guerlain’s Parisian sophistication.

As the largest Guerlain Spa in the world, the new space will house 16 treatment rooms, two VIP double suites, a high-end fitness center, and two retail boutiques showcasing Guerlain’s renowned skincare, fragrance, and makeup lines.
Under the management of Trilogy Spa Holdings, the Guerlain Wellness Spa will offer bespoke treatments rooted in a philosophy that unites science and art.
Signature experiences such as “Spirit of Achievement”, “Rhythm of Wellness”, and “Like Clockwork” reflect the unique identity of Waldorf Astoria, incorporating music, mindfulness, and advanced aesthetics.
Guerlain’s wellness approach focuses on personalized, goal-oriented programs—spanning one-hour intensive treatments to six-month wellness journeys—targeting sleep, skin health, stress reduction, and vitality.
State-of-the-art amenities include the Amphibia Welnamis table and 601 Glamour table, enhancing relaxation and beauty results.
Residents of Waldorf Astoria Residences New York will also benefit from exclusive access to the spa’s offerings, in-home treatments, and a dedicated wellness concierge.
The residences, designed by Jean-Louis Deniot, sit atop the hotel and offer unmatched luxury living with amenities including a 25-meter pool, fitness center, and private treatment rooms.
