Following the success of their first retreat in 2024, this immersive three-day experience brings Alo Moves’ 30-day Reset program to life in a luxurious beachfront setting.

The retreat redefines the popular 3-2-8 method with a mindful twist—three days of Pilates, two days of strength training, daily walking goals, guided mindfulness sessions, and nutrition support from Sakara Life.
Led by Alo Moves instructors Bianca Melas and Jade Smith, the program emphasizes sustainable wellness, mobility, strength, and mental clarity.
Filmed at the resort, the program anchors its movement philosophy in Pilates to boost alignment and core stability while layering in approachable cardio and clean eating practices.
