The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre has unveiled Tonic Bar, a bold new addition to the city’s social landscape that redefines the idea of a bar in a setting that fuses elegance, innovation, and cultural sensitivity.
Nestled on the hotel’s Lobby level, the newly launched venue offers an alcohol-free bar concept where the art of mixology takes on a refined and creative twist, delivering an immersive experience in a space marked by luxurious design and elevated hospitality.
At the heart of Tonic Bar is its centerpiece—a sculpted half-moon bar crowned with a radiant gold-trimmed canopy. The visual impact is immediate, with rich textures, gleaming metallic finishes, and plush surroundings combining to create a setting that is both intimate and striking.

Every design detail serves the bar’s mission: to offer a destination where Riyadh’s residents and guests can gather, connect, and celebrate in style.
General Manager and Regional Vice President Guenter Gebhard describes Tonic Bar as more than just a stylish lounge. “It is a celebration of the modern spirit of Riyadh,” he explains, noting its fusion of tradition, innovation, and empowerment.
In a move that sets a significant precedent for the Kingdom, Tonic Bar is operated entirely by an all-female team—marking the first such bar initiative in Saudi Arabia. Their professionalism and creativity contribute not just to the venue’s unique atmosphere, but to its broader cultural relevance.

The menu is crafted with the same attention to detail. Guests can expect a curated lineup of signature alcohol-free cocktails, with creations like the Mediterranean Whisper, a refined blend of cucumber water and dill syrup; the Truffle Luxe, offering a bittersweet twist with hibiscus, vanilla, and pink grapefruit soda; and the Imperial Sparkle, featuring homemade yuzu cordial paired with Lyre’s sparkling wine.
Artisanal tonics, including Elderflower and Cucumber or Lime & Yuzu variations, add to the sensory journey, while mocktail reinterpretations like the Rossi-No and Belli-No provide bubbly refreshment without the alcohol.

Complementing the drinks is a menu of upscale bar bites that elevate the snacking experience. Options include the inventive Falafel Scotch Egg, a classic dish reimagined with Middle Eastern flair, the Poached King Prawn Cocktail, the rich Truffle & Hen Egg Sando, and a warming Baked French Brie and Rosemary Fondue paired with grissini.
Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in Ganache with Berries and Cocoa or select from a rotating trolley of Pierre Hermé pastries—adding a Parisian touch to the Riyadh setting.
Tonic Bar is open daily from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, inviting guests to unwind and engage in an atmosphere that’s as forward-thinking as it is inviting. Whether you’re there for the drinks, the food, the ambiance, or simply to witness a milestone moment in Saudi Arabia’s evolving hospitality scene, Tonic Bar stands as a symbol of luxury, creativity, and progress.
