The St. Regis New York, Manhattan’s iconic luxury hotel, celebrates its 120th anniversary this fall with a complete redesign of its public spaces, including the lobby, the famed King Cole Bar, and the introduction of two new dining venues.

The renovation, led by Champalimaud Design, merges the hotel’s rich heritage with modern elegance, creating a fresh yet timeless experience for guests.

This milestone reflects the enduring legacy of St. Regis, originally founded by John Jacob Astor IV in 1904.

The revamped spaces maintain the Beaux-Arts architecture while incorporating contemporary elements, from Waterford crystal chandeliers to luxurious furnishings in rich colors. The updates also bring back historic touches, like restored Tiffany windows in the lobby and the display of Astor’s original book collection.

Guests can now enjoy the reimagined King Cole Bar, renowned for its iconic Maxfield Parrish mural, as well as the newly introduced La Maisonette dining venue, offering breakfast and afternoon tea. The St. Regis New York continues to be a beacon of luxury, honoring its storied past while setting the stage for a new era of glamour on Fifth Avenue.
