The St. Regis Downtown Dubai has unveiled the Ginori Terrace, a stunning reimagined dining space overlooking the Dubai Canal waterfront, created in partnership with the renowned Italian porcelain brand Ginori 1735.

This exclusive global collaboration between St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and Ginori 1735 blends artistic expression, fine craftsmanship, and la dolce vita in an immersive culinary experience.

A Fusion of Luxury & Italian Joy

Every detail of the Ginori Terrace embodies Italian elegance, featuring curated pieces from Ginori 1735’s Domus collection—from Oriente Italiano wallpaper to embroidered fabrics on cushions and chairs. The result is a harmonious blend of creative styling and timeless sophistication, capturing the spirit of St. Regis.

A Culinary Experience Like No Other

The all-day menu, crafted by The St. Regis Downtown Dubai’s culinary team, is presented on Ginori 1735’s iconic porcelain collections, including Oriente Italiano, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Labirinto. Guests can indulge in Italian-inspired delicacies, such as:

Truffle and Fontina Leek Tart
Crab Ravioli
Peach Crostini
Amalfi Lemon Pavlova

The signature St. Regis Afternoon Tea ritual is also elevated with Ginori 1735 porcelain, adding an extra touch of refinement to the experience.

Exclusive Launch & Italian Aperitivo

To mark the grand opening of the Ginori Terrace, guests were invited to an exclusive “Aperitivo in Dubai” sunset event on January 29, 2025. The evening featured vibrant antipasti, expertly crafted Italian botanical-infused cocktails, and live Italian musicians, transporting guests to the heart of Italy’s culinary and cultural heritage.

A Bespoke Keepsake – The St. Regis Ginori Coaster Set

As part of the collaboration, an exclusive Ginori 1735 coaster set has been designed for St. Regis, drawing inspiration from both brands’ refined aesthetics. The set of four pays homage to the legendary Bloody Mary cocktail and is available for purchase online.

A Growing Global Partnership

This collaboration first launched at The St. Regis Venice, followed by The St. Regis Riyadh and Café Ginori at The St. Regis Florence in November 2024. The expansion will continue to The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi in Spring 2025, with further locations to be announced across the Luxury Group portfolio at Marriott International.
