The Ritz-Carlton has unveiled its first-ever fashion capsule collection in collaboration with Madrid-based menswear label Late Checkout, blending luxury with playful sophistication.
Titled Late Checkout: A Ritz-Carlton Story, the exclusive nine-piece collection redefines wardrobe essentials, infusing everyday pieces with modern elegance and the signature flair of both brands.
Known for its hotel-inspired designs, Late Checkout brings a fresh twist to classic luxury by incorporating bold graphics, luxe materials, and sleek cuts.
The collection’s co-branded styles, from tailored jackets with key-zip details to soft V-neck sweaters in baby blue and ecru, celebrate the effortless sophistication that defines The Ritz-Carlton experience.
“The launch of this capsule collection is an exciting intersection of our dedication to service and innovation with Late Checkout’s playful aesthetic,” said Jamie Kerr, VP and Global Brand Leader of The Ritz-Carlton. The collaboration offers a “wearable expression” of the brand’s luxury, resonating with both loyal patrons and newcomers.
The collection is supported by a cinematic campaign film directed by Rogelio and produced by Little Spain, featuring actor Josh Hutcherson.
The whimsical narrative follows Hutcherson’s character, a Ritz-Carlton employee, and a frazzled father seeking refuge at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. The playful tone and vibrant visuals mirror the collection’s unique blend of modern luxury and nostalgic charm.
Late Checkout’s Creative Director, Alex Turrion, expressed the brand’s excitement: “Collaborating with The Ritz-Carlton is a dream come true, allowing us to bring our hotel-inspired narrative full circle.”
The Late Checkout: A Ritz-Carlton Story collection will be available from October 1, 2024, on The Ritz-Carlton Shops and select marketplaces, with a curated retail experience debuting at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island on October 19.
