The Iftar buffet begins with classic starters like Lentil and Harira Soups, Date-stuffed Sambousek, and Crispy Kibbeh before moving to indulgent mains such as Slow-cooked Lamb Ouzi, Fish Sayadieh, and Chicken Musakhan.
The resort’s famous homemade Shawarma and Mixed Grille Barbecue add to the feast, alongside flavorful vegetarian dishes like Stuffed Vine Leaves and Grilled Eggplant.
Desserts feature golden Kunafa, Pistachio Baklava, and Rosewater Panna Cotta, complemented by traditional Lebanese ice cream and Arabic coffee.
As the evening deepens, Suhoor offers a tranquil retreat with freshly baked Manakish, Shakshuka, and seasonal fruits with honeyed yogurt. Guests can unwind in the soft glow of lanterns, enjoying shisha and live entertainment by a traditional trio, including an oud player.
