Available daily from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, this elevated happy hour takes place on the scenic outdoor terrace and at Tavernetta’s inviting bar, perfectly capturing the ambiance of Colorado’s largest ski mountain.

The 20-seat patio, complete with fire pits and views of Vail Mountain, offers a cozy setting, while the restaurant’s warm, stone-accented bar creates an intimate indoor space for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
A standout feature, the Spritz Window, inspired by Tuscany’s wine windows, lets guests “buzz for Spritz” and indulge in signature cocktails like the Venetian Spritz or the San Polo Spritz.
Chef de Cuisine Ethan Diamant’s Après-Tivo menu celebrates the flavors of Italy, blending the Alpine traditions of the north with the vibrant influences of the south. Offerings include Italian meats and cheeses, handmade pastas, and specialties like:
- Focaccia with Olive Oil and Grana Padano
- Cacio e Pepe with Pecorino Romano and Black Pepper
- Arancini made with Carnaroli Rice
- Regiis Ova Caviar with Crème Fraiche and Blini
Complementing the menu, Wine and Beverage Director Carlin Karr curates a selection of Italian wines, Champagnes, and cocktails, with highlights such as:
- Amalfi Spritz (Limoncello, Suze, Prosecco)
- Piccolo Negroni (Tanqueray, Campari, Vermouth Rosso)
- Stephania (Vodka, St-Germain, Grapefruit, Lemon, Cinnamon)
