Partnering with the iconic Italian aperitivo brand Aperol, Hilton Garden Inn is introducing the Rossa Garden Spritz, a delightful twist on the traditional Aperol spritz, featuring zesty blood orange. Starting July 1, this vibrant new drink will be available for a limited time at all Garden Grille locations in the U.S., offering a perfect blend of classic and modern flavors for those hot summer days.

Rossa Garden Spritz Makes 1 Drink

Ingredients

½ oz Blood Orange Syrup
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Aperol
1 oz Club Soda

Directions

Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add Blood Orange Syrup.
Add Prosecco.
Add Aperol.
Top with Club Soda.
Garnish with blood orange and serve.

Cook’s Note: For a sweeter cocktail, increase Blood Orange Syrup to ¾ oz. Use fresh or dehydrated blood orange for garnish. Dehydrated blood orange can be placed vertically in the drink or attached to the side of the glass with a miniature clothespin, while fresh blood orange should be placed vertically in the drink.

Rossa Garden Spritz (Alcohol-Free) Makes 1 Drink

Ingredients

½ oz Blood Orange Syrup
3 oz Classico Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine
2 oz Italian Spritz Non-Alcoholic Spirit

Directions

Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add Blood Orange Syrup.
Add Classico Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine.
Add Italian Spritz Non-Alcoholic Spirit.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with blood orange and serve.
