Sofitel has unveiled its latest luxury hotel, Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile, offering an elegant retreat in the heart of Cairo.
Overlooking the Nile, the 5-star property blends French sophistication with Egypt’s rich heritage, delivering an unparalleled hospitality experience.

Located near Tahrir Square, the hotel provides easy access to cultural landmarks such as the Cairo Opera House, the Giza Pyramids, and the historic Coptic Quarter.

Spanning 24 floors with 615 rooms and 52 suites, each space is designed with private balconies, spa-inspired bathrooms, and 24-hour butler service.
Gastronomy takes center stage with five restaurants and bars, including Jayda Nile Terrace for Egyptian-Lebanese cuisine and Kamala Restaurant for Asian flavors.

The hotel also boasts a serene spa, a 300 m² outdoor pool, and Club Millésime, offering exclusive perks to Luxury Club guests.

For business and events, Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile features 17 meeting spaces and grand ballrooms accommodating up to 1,000 guests. Nicolas Gronier, VP Global Marketing Sofitel, called the opening a “milestone” in redefining luxury hospitality, as it is the largest Sofitel property to date.
