Six Senses is set to open the RiverStone Estate in 2028, offering a wellness-focused retreat in Pennsylvania’s scenic countryside.
Located near Foxburg, 90 minutes north of Pittsburgh, the 1,200-acre estate will feature 77 guest rooms and 40 branded residences, all designed to blend luxury with nature.

Guests can enjoy over 50 miles of trails, seven miles of riverfront, and seasonal activities like hiking, biking, and foraging.
Anchored by a restored 1820s mansion, the estate will include a 16,000-square-foot spa, a fitness center, equestrian facilities, and organic farm-to-table dining.
The property will also host an art gallery and artist-in-residence program, enhancing guests’ creative and reflective experiences. The project is aligned with Six Senses’ ethos of sustainability, wellness, and connection.
