Starting December 13, 2024, Bahía Nights returns poolside every Friday and Saturday with Mexican and Latin flavors, live-fire cooking, and DJ sets. At 14 Thirty-Five, starting December 21, mixologist Jacopo Rosito unveils three tropical-inspired holiday cocktails: Tipsy Santa, Golden Old Fashioned, and Snow White. Pair them with a Grand Plateau of oysters, king crab, and Laurent-Perrier champagne for a luxurious celebration.

At Edge Brasserie, Executive Chef Edouard Deplus presents French-inspired dining highlights. Christmas Eve features a three-course prix-fixe menu, including Foie Gras Terrine, Wagyu Tournedos, and Gingerbread Parfait.
On Christmas and New Year’s Day, all-day brunches include a seafood raw bar, lobster tails, herb-roasted turkey, and desserts like Bûche de Noël, all complemented by live music and a special appearance from Santa for younger guests.
New Year’s Eve in Style
Ring in 2025 with a five-course tasting dinner at Edge Brasserie. Highlights include Stone Crab and Caviar, Maine Lobster Tail, and Veal Tenderloin, capped with exquisite desserts. After dinner, join the hotel’s grand fête with live music, a DJ, and a spectacular balloon drop to toast the New Year with breathtaking Miami views.
