This Chinese New Year, Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge invites guests to Mei Ume for a spectacular celebration blending tradition, innovation, and exceptional dining.
From January 20 to February 12, 2025, the renowned Asian restaurant will feature a specially curated ten-course tasting menu paired with premium drinks and festive entertainment.

The menu begins with a choice of a Hennessy cocktail, crafted in partnership with Moët Hennessy, or a sparkling Saicho non-alcoholic cocktail. Saicho’s premium sparkling teas are also paired with key courses, including the prosperity salad and dessert, offering a refined complement to the meal.
Highlights of the feast include the Prosperity Toss Salmon Salad symbolizing abundance, tender Braised Pork Belly with bao buns, and Wasabi Prawns. The meal concludes with a visually stunning dessert inspired by Mei Miao, the restaurant’s iconic lucky cat statue, embodying joy and good fortune.
Guests can enjoy live traditional Chinese dance performances on January 29 (Chinese New Year’s Eve) and February 8. Vibrant costumes and instruments such as Yao long drums, fans, and umbrellas will add to the festive ambiance.
Priced at GBP 148 per person for a minimum of two, the experience includes a welcome cocktail and an evening of culinary and cultural celebration. Reservations can be made through the hotel or Mei Ume’s website.
