The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe welcomes guests to a special wellness workshop with author and mindfulness expert Case Kenny on Sunday, March 23, 2025. This immersive experience includes yoga, guided journaling, and a wellness-focused brunch at Terra restaurant.
“Spring is a time of renewal, making it the perfect season to clear mental clutter and embrace clarity,” says Spa Director Tina Hay. Set against the serene backdrop of the high desert, this session helps participants quiet distractions and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

The morning begins at 10:00 am with an invigorating vinyasa flow yoga class in the Aspen Ballroom. Guests of the Resort will be provided with mats, while local attendees are encouraged to bring their own.
The session continues with a 60-minute mantra workshop led by Kenny, featuring guided reflection and live journaling exercises to help attendees find mental clarity. Each participant will receive a complimentary 60-day guided journal.
Afterward, guests can join Kenny for a private wellness brunch in Terra’s Piñon dining room, featuring a nourishing buffet with farro vegetable hash, quinoa bowls, avocado toast, chia pudding, açaí bowls, and smoothie shooters. Select wellness menu items will also be available on Terra’s regular brunch menu for all visitors.
The cost is USD 49 for the yoga and mantra session or USD 99 for the full experience, including brunch (excluding tax and alcohol).
