Dinner Menu
First Course: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with herb aioli, citrus, and greens, paired with Merryvale Napa Sauvignon Blanc 2023 (notes of stone fruit, citrus, guava, and grapefruit).
Second Course: Pan Seared Scallops with pork belly, apricot, pomegranate, and chicken jus, paired with Merryvale Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2022 (lemon curd, danjou pear, and golden apple aromas).
Third Course: Dry Aged Duck with horseradish, celery root, and duck jus, paired with Merryvale Carneros Pinot Noir 2021 (earthy, with black cherry and baking spice aromas).
Fourth Course: Petite Beef Wellington with truffle potato purée, baby vegetables, and red wine demi, paired with Merryvale Napa Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 (notes of leather, cassis, tobacco, and savory spices).
Fifth Course: Miniature Chocolate Tart with salted caramel and white chocolate whipped cream, paired with Merryvale Antigua Dessert Wine (subtle notes of nuts, orange peel, and fine brandy).
