This fall, Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya is unveiling two exciting dining experiences, solidifying its status as a premier culinary destination in the city. Known for its high-end global cuisine, this Forbes Five-Star retreat is introducing two special weekly events—Unlimited Sushi Night at Sintoho on Tuesdays and Mix & Mingle at Dai Forni on Thursdays. Unlimited Sushi Night at Sintoho – Every Tuesday
Starting on September 24, 2024, the trendy Sintoho Restaurant and Lounge will host Unlimited Sushi Night every Tuesday evening. From 5:00 pm to midnight, patrons can indulge in unlimited sushi while enjoying vibrant DJ beats and breathtaking views of the city skyline from the 21st floor, all for KWD 20 per person.

The event offers a laid-back, yet stylish atmosphere perfect for a night out, whether you’re looking to catch up with friends or simply enjoy the scene.
Diners can choose seating with sweeping views of Kuwait City’s twinkling lights or relax in a lounge area that overlooks Al Shaheed Park. To top it off, the Hotel provides complimentary valet service, allowing for a smooth arrival before kicking off the evening with a refreshing drink.
Guests will start with miso soup before enjoying a “buffet on wheels,” with expertly crafted sushi, including maki rolls and nigiri that are glazed and torched tableside. The experience includes two sushi and nigiri trolleys accompanied by signature sauces.
For dessert, kakigori—fluffy shaved ice topped with either mango, matcha, or cherry syrup—offers a sweet, refreshing finish to the meal. DJ Solo will provide the perfect backdrop with his mix of deep house and melodic techno, enhancing the overall ambience.
Mix & Mingle at Dai Forni – Every Thursday
On Thursdays, starting October 3, 2024, Dai Forni will host Mix & Mingle, a lively evening blending Italian cuisine with great music and signature drinks. Guests can savor the inviting warmth of the restaurant, famous for its espresso bar and copper-clad wood-burning ovens, while enjoying live performances and expertly crafted martini mocktails.
Live music will be provided by local musician Zak Musawi, whose performances will set the mood with his renditions of popular hits. Alongside the music, diners can enjoy martini mocktails created by the Hotel’s skilled mixologists, available for purchase throughout the evening.
As an added treat, guests can enjoy a 50 percent discount on starters every Thursday, making it an irresistible option for those looking to start the weekend in style.
