The newly opened Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre offers guests a seamless blend of the city’s historic charm and modern vibrancy, with easy access to major attractions. Situated near Wulin Square, this striking new tower is the second Four Seasons in Hangzhou, underscoring the brand’s expansion in China.
Rainer Stampfer, President of Global Operations for Hotels and Resorts at Four Seasons, highlighted the brand’s commitment to unique, culturally resonant experiences, noting that the Hangzhou Centre hotel reflects this dedication.

General Manager Arthur Ho emphasized the hotel’s prime location, with the Grand Canal just steps away, connecting guests to both the city’s rich history and its future.
The hotel features 188 rooms and 26 suites, designed by Avalon Collective, offering stunning views over the city and West Lake. The interiors combine modern Chinese design with luxurious amenities. Starting in late September, suite guests will have access to the Executive Club lounge, with additional benefits to follow.
Dining options include four distinct venues: Song 颂, which specializes in Ningbo cuisine; Charm 韵, offering international fare and an exceptional hot pot experience; The Lounge 桂, perfect for afternoon tea and cocktails; and Stars 繁星, a rooftop bar set to open in the fall with tiki cocktails and panoramic views.
The 18th-floor Spa and Wellness Centre blends advanced skincare with Traditional Chinese Medicine, offering treatments like lymphatic circulation therapies and facials by Kate Somerville. Guests can also enjoy yoga, swimming, and fitness training, as well as a 25-meter indoor pool.
The hotel provides 2,900 square meters of event space, including a Sky Garden for outdoor gatherings, ideal for meetings, weddings, and special events. The concierge team can arrange personalized outings, such as a boat trip on the UNESCO-listed Grand Canal or visits to nearby museums.
To celebrate its opening, the hotel is offering an “Experience More” package with a CNY 1,000 credit, late check-out, and room upgrade for stays of two or more nights.
