A stunning new addition to Rabat’s luxury scene, the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr, has officially opened, offering a blend of historic elegance and modern comfort on the city’s Atlantic coast.
Set in the historic Quartier l’Océan, the property combines newly constructed and beautifully restored buildings surrounded by lush gardens, all just minutes from the city’s top landmarks.

Rainer Stampfer, President of Global Operations at Four Seasons, noted the inspiration drawn from the location, saying the revitalization of the landmark site creates a unique guest experience. The hotel joins the brand’s diverse Moroccan portfolio, reflecting the country’s rich cultural heritage.
The hotel is ideally positioned for exploring Rabat’s UNESCO-listed sites, including the medina, the Kasbah des Oudaias, and the Grand Theatre of Rabat. General Manager Gregory Viaud described Rabat as a city with “a big story to tell,” with the Four Seasons marking a new era of luxury tourism.
Guests can enjoy special grand opening offers, and the hotel is easily accessible from Rabat-Salé Airport or via high-speed train from Casablanca.
Accommodations include 200 rooms and suites with ocean or garden views, many featuring balconies, terraces, or plunge pools. Interiors designed by Roger Nazarian blend Moroccan craftsmanship with modern touches.
Dining options are diverse, led by Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri. Highlights include Brasserie Marie for Parisian-style dining, Flamme for Moroccan-spiced dishes, and the Noora Lobby Lounge for luxurious afternoon tea. Later this year, new concepts like Verdello and the chic Laila Lounge will debut.
The hotel also offers resort-style amenities, including two outdoor pools, a soon-to-open spa and wellness centre, and a 24/7 fitness centre with ocean views. Families can look forward to the upcoming Kids For All Seasons program, while expanded suites and connecting rooms cater to vacationing families.
