Their collaborative menu draws on the exotic legacy of Indonesia’s spice routes, with cocktails inspired by the rich tapestry of the 16th-century spice trade.

Guests can savor creations like Lada, a pepper-infused cocktail bursting with Indonesian spice character, and Red Pearl, which explores the depth of aromatic peppers.
