Running from January 1 to February 28, the Aromatic Indulgence Afternoon Tea at Yi Lounge blends taste and aroma, showcasing the avant-garde brand’s evocative scents and inspiring spirit.

DOCUMENTS, celebrated for its innovative fragrances since its 2021 debut, brings its Tree parfum series to the forefront, featuring Inter Cedar, Pomelo One, Pepper Bud, and Birch Bark.
Inspired by these creations, Executive Chef William Ong has crafted a menu of sweet and savory delights that evoke nature and memory. Highlights include a Lemon Tea Cake, Mandarin Orange Vanilla Cake, and the rich Sichuan Pepper Chocolate Cake.
Savory options such as Spicy Roasted Duck Bagel and Wood Smoked Iberico Char Siu Puff Pastry with Pineapple deliver bold and intricate flavors.
