Mimo Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is teaming up with chefs Jordan Hoffman and Sang Park from the soon-to-open Zuzu for a special collaboration dinner on Friday, February 21, 2025, as part of Dine Nashville: The Music City Way. Additionally, Mimo will celebrate Nashville Restaurant Week with a prix fixe menu from February 24 to March 2, 2025.

For one night only, Mimo’s Chef Nicky Miscia and the Zuzu team will present a four-course dinner blending Italian and Asian flavors. The experience kicks off with a luxurious Wagyu & Caviar amuse-bouche, followed by shareable starters such as Japanese Cast Iron Milk Bread, Tempura Walnut Shrimp, and Yellowtail Sashimi.

Guests will also enjoy premium sushi and seafood selections, including Bluefin Tuna Toro Lux and Mimo Duck Rolls. Main course options include Lamb Chops with Miso Anticucho, Caramelized Miso Seabass, and Squid Ink Bucatini with King Crab.

The meal concludes with a choice of two exquisite desserts: Japanese Yuzu or Crostata al Matcha. Specialty cocktails and a curated wine selection will also be available. Tickets are $125 per person, with reservations via OpenTable or by phone at +1 615 610 6990.

For Nashville Restaurant Week, Mimo will offer a three-course menu for $55 or a four-course option for $70, showcasing Italian comfort food.

Diners can start with Antipasti like Beef Carpaccio or Fritto Misto, followed by pasta choices such as Rigatoni Bolognese or Spaghetti with San Marzano Tomato. Main courses include Airline Farm Chicken, Grilled Branzino, or Prime Angus Skirt Steak, with desserts like Caffe e Caramello or Rhum Baba rounding out the meal.
