The redesign by the acclaimed Sundukovy Sisters brings a luxurious and otherworldly feel to the space, inspired by the mythical deity Mercury and celestial elements. The design combines warm and cool tones, with silver accents reflecting the starry night sky, creating a stunning backdrop for Dubai skyline enthusiasts.
Mercury Rooftop’s new cocktail menu follows the celestial theme, offering unique space-inspired drinks. Standouts include the Stellar Gold, a citrusy tequila mix with rosemary, and the Solar Eclipse, a bold twist on the Negroni.
Vodka lovers can try the Cosmic Aura, while gin fans may enjoy the Aurora Borealis with elderflower and yuzu. Each drink promises a cosmic experience in every sip.
