Marriott International has introduced Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy™, a comprehensive online travel booking platform tailored for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Available today, the program extends across the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America, with plans for further expansion.
A recent global survey by Marriott Bonvoy® and Wakefield Research revealed significant frustrations among business travelers from SMEs in the U.S., UK, Canada, and Mexico. Seventy-five percent of respondents expressed dissatisfaction with their current booking platforms, citing difficulties in use (56%), inability to book travel and hotels from a single source (27%), and poor integration with travel expense programs (27%). More than half (58%) would rather book outside their companies’ systems and seek forgiveness later.

Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy aims to address these issues by offering SMEs discounted rates at Marriott hotels, and the ability to book flights, rail, and rental cars via a user-friendly, multilingual tool. The platform includes live traveler data, real-time reporting, and expense management features.
