The portfolio, spanning over 529 properties across The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, JW Marriott, EDITION, and more, is set to grow with over 30 new properties planned for 2025.
Upcoming highlights include luxury safari lodges in Africa, JW Marriott’s serene retreats in Crete and Tokyo, and the highly anticipated openings of The Lake Como EDITION and Casa Brera in Milan.
Marriott’s insights reveal a generational shift in luxury travel, with Millennials and Gen Z prioritizing transformative experiences over material indulgence. Reflecting this trend, the group’s new offerings emphasize wellness, cultural connection, and sustainable luxury, from The Ritz-Carlton’s ultra-luxury yacht journeys to bespoke retreats blending nature, culture, and self-discovery.
