With 70 total projects—27 open properties and 43 in the pipeline—the company has doubled its residential agreements in the past two years, underscoring its leadership in luxury real estate development.

- The St. Regis Residences, Casares, Costa del Sol: Marriott’s first branded residence in Spain redefines Mediterranean luxury.
