Marriott International has announced significant growth in its branded residential portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). At the Resort and Residential Forum, the global hospitality leader revealed it has 70 projects in the region, including 43 in development and 27 already open. This marks a surge in agreements signed over the past two years, doubling the rate of the previous two years.
These projects include iconic developments such as The St. Regis Residences, Casares, Costa del Sol in Spain, and W Residences at Dubai Harbour, catering to both resort and urban lifestyles.
