Designed by The McBride Company, this development will offer both full-time living and rental opportunities, marking a new lodging concept within the Margaritaville portfolio. Located just over an hour from Panama City in the Chame District, Playa Caracol boasts pristine beaches, diverse cultural offerings, and beautiful views of the Gulf of Panama. The development will feature 261 residences, including 80 cottages and 181 high-rise multi-family units, with prices starting in the $300,000s. The complex will also include a racket club with paddle tennis and pickleball courts.
