Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum hosts a week-long Italian culinary feast by Chef Luigi Stinga from June 29 to July 5, featuring innovative Italian dishes with Eastern flavors and optional wine pairings.

Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, renowned for its breathtaking Paradise Bay location, is set to elevate its culinary offerings this summer with a week-long Italian gastronomic feast curated by the acclaimed Chef Luigi Stinga. From June 29 to July 5, guests at the award-winning resort can indulge in Stinga’s specially crafted menus, blending traditional Italian dishes with Eastern flavors.

Chef Luigi Stinga, currently at the Michelin-starred Talea By Antonio Guida in Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, is celebrated for his innovative approach to Italian cuisine. His special tasting menu at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum, will feature creative dishes such as Lobster with Coffee Zabaglione, Smoked Potato & Kombu, and classic favorites like Fettuccine with Zucchini, Parmesan, and Basil. Another highlight is the Australian Wagyu Striploin with Spring Onion and Chicory.

In 2023, Stinga was honored with the Michelin Guide’s “Young Chef” award, recognizing his impressive career in prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens across Italy before joining the Mandarin Oriental Group.
