The collaboration will launch with exclusive travel experiences, such as “Whiskey Reverie,” presented by The Ritz-Carlton, and “Alexander McQueen Discovery,” offered by EDITION.

These curated journeys will be inspired by Sotheby’s luxury sales categories and can be bid on via Sotheby’s Sealed, an online auction platform that combines private sales with competitive bidding. It is the first time Sotheby’s has auctioned experiences in this way, reflecting both brands’ focus on innovation.

Additionally, the partnership includes intimate masterclasses for VIPs of both brands, hosted in some of the most prestigious suites within Luxury Group properties.

For example, the “Whiskey & Watches” masterclass at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, will showcase rare American whiskies alongside valuable timepieces. Similarly, the Presidential Suite at St. Regis New York will host a private jewelry masterclass featuring items from Sotheby’s Important Jewels auction, offering a preview to Vogue100 members.

To complement the collaboration, the two brands will release a content series showcasing global art and travel recommendations, highlighting artworks in Luxury Group hotels and the art scenes in their respective cities.

Sotheby’s Global Head of Partnerships, Eléonore Dethier, expressed excitement about uniting two luxury powerhouses, stating it sets a new standard for luxury experiences by combining hospitality, culture, and collectibles.
