Guests can savor highlights like crispy boneless chicken wings with coriander labneh, baked meat rolls with mixed nuts and yogurt mint sauce, and the Saj Millefeuille dessert with lemon cream, pecans, and apricots. Each dish is prepared with passion and authenticity, reflecting the rich culinary heritage of Lebanon.
The restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating, with natural sunlight streaming through glass walls and an open kitchen offering a glimpse into the art of Lebanese cooking. “Li Beirut brings the essence of Lebanese culture alive through food, music, and hospitality,” says Martin Kipping, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait.
