This exclusive evening features James Beard Award-winning chefs Timothy Hontzas, Anthony Valinoti, John Currence, Vish Bhatt, and Linda Hampsten, along with EDGE Executive Chef Josh Fryer and Pastry Chef Molly Coen.

Additionally, the hotel introduces the Libations Lounge in collaboration with Three Spirit, a botanical elixir brand offering non-alcoholic cocktails.
Open from January 8 to February 8, 2025, the lounge blends wellness and innovation with plant-based, adaptogen-rich beverages served in a lush, vine-covered setting. Signature drinks like “Matcha Madness” and “Feel The Beat” pair vibrant flavors with optional low-alcohol upgrades, reinventing mindful drinking.
