Experience a seven-course dinner at Four Seasons Hotel Denver’s EDGE Restaurant, featuring James Beard Award-winning chefs, curated wine pairings, and exclusive VIP events.

The Four Seasons Hotel Denver is hosting a luxurious seven-course dinner on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM at EDGE Restaurant.

This exclusive evening features James Beard Award-winning chefs Timothy Hontzas, Anthony Valinoti, John Currence, Vish Bhatt, and Linda Hampsten, along with EDGE Executive Chef Josh Fryer and Pastry Chef Molly Coen.

Guests will start with a welcome reception offering appetizers by the chefs before enjoying a meticulously crafted dinner paired with sommelier-curated wines. VIP tickets include an exclusive meet-and-greet and cocktail reception on January 21. Tickets are available now.

Dishes range from pork belly boudin and ahi tuna tartar at the reception to a seven-course menu featuring creations like chicken souvlaki, roasted salmon with curry leaf vinaigrette, and hummingbird cake for dessert.

Additionally, the hotel introduces the Libations Lounge in collaboration with Three Spirit, a botanical elixir brand offering non-alcoholic cocktails.
