IHG Hotels & Resorts is set to introduce its Vignette Collection brand to Spain with the launch of Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols, scheduled to open in the first half of 2025.
The 45-room property will be located in Alaró, Mallorca, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, offering guests a tranquil, luxury experience in Spain’s Balearic Islands.
The hotel will feature a casual restaurant, stylish bar, fine dining, spa treatment rooms, and both indoor and outdoor pools. It will also provide substantial event spaces, enhancing its appeal as a luxury destination.

This marks IHG’s first Vignette Collection property in Spain, as part of its growing global portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels. Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols is part of IHG’s broader expansion plans, aiming for 100 Vignette hotels worldwide in the next decade.
IHG Vice President Willemijn Geels expressed excitement over the partnership with Prevario Banyols and Hotel Collection International, emphasizing the opportunity to retain the hotel’s independent identity while benefiting from IHG’s resources.
Antonio Juan Baker Schreyer, owner of Prevario Banyols, said the partnership will offer guests an immersive, personalized experience in Mallorca.
This property joins IHG’s expanding Vignette Collection, which launched in 2021 and already boasts three open hotels in Europe, with more in the pipeline.
