IHG Hotels & Resorts has introduced its NOMO (Night On My Own) package, offering parents and solo travelers a chance to unwind after the summer holidays.
Available at over 115 hotels across the UK and Ireland, the package includes a discounted stay, 20% off food and drinks, late check-out until 2pm, free breakfast, and access to pool, gym, and spa facilities.

According to a survey by IHG, 70% of parents feel exhausted after the summer break, and 68% expressed a need for a solo night away.
Model and TV personality Abbey Clancy, a mother of four, has partnered with IHG to promote the initiative, encouraging parents to take guilt-free time to recharge.
The NOMO package is available for booking from 7 September for stays until 25 October 2024.
