IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its growth in Spain with the signing of four new properties: Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols, Vignette Collection Jerez, Hotel Indigo Gandia – Beach, and Holiday Inn Express San Sebastian – Errenteria. This expansion adds nearly 13,000 rooms to IHG’s Spanish portfolio.
The Vignette Collection Jerez and Hotel Indigo Gandia – Beach further strengthen IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle segment in Spain, while the new Holiday Inn Express San Sebastian – Errenteria highlights the brand’s continued success in the Essentials category.

Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols, set to open in 2025, will be the first Vignette Collection property in Spain.
IHG’s growth reflects strong investor confidence and the company’s commitment to expanding its portfolio in key urban and leisure destinations across Spain.
Currently, IHG operates 55 hotels under eight brands in Spain, with plans for further expansion, including 22 Iberostar properties.
