IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of voco Bandung Setiabudi, its fifth property in Bandung and the first voco-branded hotel in the city.
Scheduled to open in 2025, the 162-key hotel is a partnership with PT Sun Land Investama and Nova Chandra, located on Jalan Dr. Setiabudi, a popular shopping street near Bandung’s renowned natural attractions.
A Blend of Comfort and Charm
As part of IHG’s fastest-growing premium brand, voco Bandung Setiabudi will embody the brand’s hallmark elements: ‘come on in’ (a warm welcome), ‘me time’ (relaxing spaces), and ‘voco life’ (vibrant social experiences).
Guests can expect thoughtfully designed accommodations, three dining outlets, nine meeting rooms with over 1,000 square meters of event space, a Health Club, Kids Club, and Business Centre.

Expanding IHG’s Presence in Indonesia
This new hotel strengthens IHG’s portfolio in Indonesia, which includes 27 operational hotels across seven brands and 15 properties in development. The introduction of voco Bandung Setiabudi aligns with the growing appeal of Bandung as a tourist destination, bolstered by the new Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway, making the city more accessible to domestic and international visitors.
