IHG Hotels & Resorts has reaffirmed its strong commitment to Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean (MLAC) with nearly 400 open and pipeline properties, spanning luxury, lifestyle, and midscale segments.

Announced during this week’s ALIS CALA conference, IHG’s robust growth strategy includes nearly 100 new hotels expected in the coming years across city, coastal, and resort destinations.

New luxury highlights include the 2025 openings of SOUMA Hotel Lima, the brand’s first Vignette Collection property in South America, and the Six Senses La Sagesse in Grenada.

Midscale and lifestyle brands are also expanding, with openings like voco Hermosillo and avid hotel Queretaro Centro Sur, and debuts planned for Atwell Suites in Costa Rica and a Kimpton in Monterrey’s forthcoming Torre Rise.
