IHG Hotels & Resorts is bringing its InterContinental brand back to Serbia after 20 years, partnering with Delta Holding to open InterContinental Belgrade by the end of 2026.
The hotel will offer 203 luxury rooms, including a Presidential Suite with panoramic city views, catering to both leisure and business guests.

Located in Belgrade’s ‘Delta District,’ the hotel will feature a sky pool, rooftop restaurant, bar, and spa. It will be directly connected to the Sava Centar, the region’s largest convention space.
This marks IHG’s fourth collaboration with Delta Holding, expanding their presence in the Balkans with nearly 20 properties across the region.
