The estate will also host the country’s only PGA-affiliated player development facilities, exclusive ultra-luxury residences, lifestyle commercial centers, an international school, and a 10-hectare public park. Construction on the 250-key property is slated to begin in 2027, with the hotel set to welcome guests, including IHG One Rewards members, in 2031.
