Hyatt’s Supper Club Returns with Michelin-Starred Chef Stefano Secchi

Hyatt Hotels has announced the return of its exclusive Impression Makers Supper Club, featuring Michelin-starred Chef Stefano Secchi.

The 2024 series will take place at Hyatt’s Impression Moxché and Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets resorts in Mexico.

On September 26 at Allora, Chef Secchi will collaborate with Executive Chef Orlando Trejo to blend Italian and Mexican flavors.

On September 28, Spezia will host a menu inspired by Secchi’s Massara concept, alongside Chef Paolo Parlanti’s Yucatan-influenced dishes.

The eight-course dinner, priced at $200 per person, includes wine pairings and is open to both resort guests and locals.

Select dishes will remain available at both resorts throughout 2024. Chef Secchi highlighted the event’s focus on creating lasting culinary memories.
