The project also features 116 residential lots across 190 acres, available for sale, as part of a gated community with pedestrian paths, lagoons, and green spaces. Buyers and guests will have access to the equestrian club and wine club membership, which includes an annual batch of 72 custom-labeled bottles curated by Rolland and Pelleriti.

“With its mountains and vineyards, Mendoza is the perfect setting to merge luxury, wellness, and Argentine warmth,” said Juan Francisco Scalesciani.
“This milestone project reflects our confidence in Mendoza’s global potential,” added Rubén David.

Architectural design will be led by BMA ARQS, interiors by Martín Zanotti Studio, and landscaping by Fernando González. The overall development is managed by Terrandes SAS and BDA Realty.

Casa Duhau will join Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, named the #1 Hotel in South America by Condé Nast Traveler 2024, and Park Hyatt Mendoza, expanding Hyatt’s luxury presence in the region.
