Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) has announced the opening of Dreams Madeira Resort, Spa & Marina, marking the Inclusive Collection’s debut in Portugal.
This family-friendly, all-inclusive luxury resort is part of Hyatt’s strategic growth in Europe, offering guests a serene yet vibrant experience in the heart of Madeira. The resort is set near a quayside and marina, providing access to various local attractions like scuba diving, yacht charters, and dolphin watching.

Manuel Melenchón, managing director of South Region, EAME, emphasized the importance of this opening in meeting travelers’ growing demand for all-inclusive luxury in Europe.
Dreams Madeira Resort features 366 guest rooms and suites, each designed to reflect the island’s coastal charm with bright, warm décor and private terraces or balconies.
Guests can enjoy Unlimited-Luxury® inclusions, such as 24-hour concierge services, gourmet dining at seven restaurants, and exclusive amenities in the Preferred Club, which offers upgraded accommodations, personalized services, and private pools.
The resort also features a range of family-friendly amenities, including four swimming pools—one of which is a Splash Park Pool for children—and an upcoming 900-square-meter spa, scheduled to open in January 2025.
In addition to its luxury accommodations and culinary options, the resort offers versatile event spaces ideal for weddings, meetings, and leisure events. The opening of Dreams Madeira adds to Hyatt’s expansion in the EAME region, following recent launches like Grand Hyatt Barcelona, with more properties slated to open in 2024 and 2025.
