Looking ahead, Hilton is set to debut significant projects in 2025, including the meticulously restored Waldorf Astoria New York, which will feature contemporary furnishings, expansive suites, and standout dining like Chef Michael Anthony’s Lex Yard.
Other notable openings include Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique, blending modern design with natural surroundings, and Waldorf Astoria Osaka, marking the brand’s debut in Japan with stunning skyline views and luxurious amenities.
Conrad Hotels & Resorts continues its global reach with openings in Athens and Hamburg. Conrad Athens will feature a vast pool landscape and rooftop gardens, while Conrad Hamburg will occupy the historic Levantehaus building in the city center.
LXR Hotels & Resorts is expanding into Casablanca and Xi’an, offering unique cultural experiences through its new Spirit of Adventure program. NoMad London plans enhancements to its Atrium restaurant, while Signia by Hilton will debut internationally with its Amman property, offering upscale dining and entertainment.
Hilton’s pipeline includes luxury residences and new properties in key markets like London, Sydney, and Kuala Lumpur, ensuring a robust future for its luxury portfolio.
