Hilton has announced the launch of Signia by Hilton Cairo Skywalk and Signia by Hilton Residences Cairo Skywalk, marking the brand’s debut in both Egypt and Africa.
Developed in partnership with Skywalk Developments, the dual-property project introduces Hilton’s upscale Signia brand to West Cairo, combining luxury hospitality with modern residential living and state-of-the-art event facilities.

Set within a new business and entertainment district, the hotel and residences offer easy access to top landmarks like the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids, with Sphinx International Airport just 20 minutes away.
The hotel will feature 200 rooms and suites, multiple dining options, a spa, fitness centre, outdoor pool, and Club Signia — an exclusive lounge experience with concierge service and chef-curated meals.
Its nearly 5,000 square meters of event space will rank among the city’s largest, positioning it as a key venue for meetings and conferences.
The adjacent residences will include 200 one- and two-bedroom apartments with access to hotel amenities plus private residential services such as a lounge, pool, and concierge support.
This opening follows the brand’s expansion into Amman, Jordan, and strengthens Hilton’s regional presence as part of a broader plan to grow to over 40 properties in Egypt, expected to generate more than 5,000 jobs.
