Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the opening of two new hotels in Dubai’s Business Bay district: Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay and Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Business Bay. These openings mark the debut of the Embassy Suites by Hilton brand in the UAE and offer guests exceptional hospitality in a prime location.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dubai Business Bay: A First for the UAE
Embassy Suites by Hilton, known for its spacious suites, complimentary breakfast, and evening receptions, is making its UAE debut. The 30-storey hotel features 104 modern suites and studios, many with views of the Burj Khalifa, and includes family-friendly connecting rooms.
The hotel boasts a 650-square-meter Fursa Ballroom, capable of hosting over 500 guests, five meeting rooms, and a business center. Guests can unwind with a complimentary made-to-order breakfast and evening reception.
Dining options include Rio Restaurant & Lounge, The Drip Café, and The Gourmet Yard, offering a variety of Mediterranean, grill, and tandoori dishes. The property also features a temperature-controlled pool, kids’ play area, spa, and 24-hour gym.

Next door, Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Business Bay brings affordable luxury to downtown Dubai with 229 guest rooms offering views of the city’s skyline. The hotel features a refreshing pool, gym, spa, and spacious rooms designed for both work and relaxation.
It also provides easy access to Embassy Suites’ ballroom and meeting rooms, making it ideal for business and social events.
The hotel is home to the UAE’s first Together & Co. restaurant, offering a welcoming social space for guests to enjoy hearty breakfasts, light lunches, and dinners.
Prime Location and Hilton Honors Benefits
Both properties are located near major attractions such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, with easy access to key business hubs like Dubai Design District and Emaar Square.
