Hilton has announced the upcoming debut of Waldorf Astoria Turks and Caicos Dellis Cay, slated to open in 2028. This marks the brand’s first entry in Turks and Caicos, blending Waldorf Astoria’s signature luxury with the seclusion of a private island.
Located on the pristine Dellis Cay, the resort will offer 175 accommodations, including 62 guest rooms, suites, and beachfront bungalows with private plunge pools.

In addition, 65 branded residences—ranging from oceanfront villas to flexible-configured condos—will cater to travelers seeking refined island living.

Accessible via a 25-minute boat ride from Providenciales, the resort will integrate into the lush landscape and feature world-class amenities, including:
- Multiple dining venues and the iconic Peacock Alley
- A 13,455 sq. ft. spa, fitness center, library, and retail
- Adult and family pools
- Event spaces, including a 2,690 sq. ft. ballroom and boardroom

The signing supports Hilton’s expansion in the Caribbean, aiming to nearly double its regional presence with 35 new properties.

This addition joins Waldorf Astoria’s growing portfolio in Latin America, including locations in Los Cabos, Cancun, Panama, and upcoming debuts in Costa Rica and San Miguel de Allende.
