Hilton Continues to Shine in Travel + Leisure’s 2024 Rankings
MCLEAN, Va. – Hilton (NYSE: HLT), a global leader in hospitality, has once again secured its place in the hearts of travelers, earning significant recognition in the Travel + Leisure 2024 World’s Best Awards. These awards, revered in the travel industry, are entirely reader-selected, showcasing the genuine admiration of Travel + Leisure’s audience.
In this year’s list, nineteen properties across six of Hilton’s top brands—Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Curio Collection by Hilton—stood out in sixteen distinct award categories.

Among the highlights, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts had a stellar performance with eight properties recognized. Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi earned the prestigious No. 9 spot in the Favorite Hotels in the World category. This resort, spread over three islands, offers breathtaking views of clear waters and white sandy beaches, making it a perfect tropical escape.
Hilton’s luxury properties dominated the Favorite Hotels in Los Angeles category, clinching all top three spots. Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills took the No. 1 position, followed by Oceana Santa Monica, LXR Hotels & Resorts at No. 2, and Conrad Los Angeles at No. 3.
From Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Tokyo was named the No. 2 Favorite Hotel in Tokyo, while Conrad Nashville was recognized as the No. 3 Favorite Hotel in Nashville, showcasing its luxury appeal in the heart of Music City.
Hilton Hotels & Resorts also garnered accolades for its exceptional hospitality in desirable destinations like Miami, Los Angeles, and the South Pacific. Additionally, two Curio Collection by Hilton properties were lauded for their unique charm, with Mills House Charleston, Curio Collection by Hilton making the list for the second consecutive year.
Over 186,000 readers participated in the 2024 survey, casting more than 700,000 votes across over 8,700 properties. Hotels were categorized as resort hotels, city hotels, inns, or safari lodges and evaluated on their rooms and facilities, location, service, food, and value. The results of the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards are featured in the August print issue and will be available on the publication’s website, serving as a travel guide through the end of 2024 and beyond.
