Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is set to debut HAVA, a restaurant celebrating the bold flavors and traditions of Northwest India, on December 12, 2024. Meaning “breeze” in Sanskrit, HAVA offers a serene, open-air dining experience with panoramic views of the Andaman Sea and Langkawi’s stunning sunsets.
Helmed by Speciality Chef Balwant, the menu pays homage to North Indian cuisine with highlights like Tandoori Lobster, slow-cooked Nalli Ka Salan, and velvety Dal Makhani.
Traditional techniques such as dum pukht, a Mughal-era slow-cooking method, are showcased in standout dishes like Kashmiri Gucchi Shorba.

Appetizers like Dum Ke Bholey prawns and Karara Palak Chaat, along with desserts like Paan Kulfi and Kesari Rasmalai, round out the dining experience. Vegetarian options and inventive beverages, from saffron cocktails to tamarind lemonade, cater to diverse preferences.
Designed to blend seamlessly with the resort’s coastal beauty, HAVA features a breezy terrace and an inviting interior of natural wood, soft fabrics, and greenery. Sustainability is at the heart of its operation, with fresh ingredients sourced locally and authentic spices imported responsibly from India.
Chef Balwant, raised in the Himalayas and trained under culinary legends, brings decades of expertise and a passion for connection through food. HAVA promises Langkawi’s first authentic North Indian dining experience, complemented by upcoming degustation menus and a Chef’s Table.
