Hampton by Hilton is marking National Waffle Day on August 24 by unveiling its first-ever Waffle Bosses, a group of standout breakfast hosts recognized for their exceptional waffle-making skills and creativity.
This honor, part of the brand’s 40th-anniversary celebrations, was awarded after an internal search in collaboration with Paris Hilton. The Waffle Bosses embody Hampton’s commitment to warm hospitality and innovative breakfast offerings, particularly through their signature and seasonal waffle recipes.
Hampton by Hilton, known for popularizing the fresh, baked-by-guests Belgian waffle as part of its complimentary hot breakfast, has appointed these Waffle Bosses as breakfast ambassadors.

Over the next year, they will share tips, recipes, and insights to inspire guests, participate in events, and feature in promotional activities. Earlier this summer, they filmed exclusive content in London with Paris Hilton, which will be shared on Hampton’s social media channels.

Meet the Waffle Bosses:
- Beverly Christmas – After a 30-year nursing career, Beverly found a new passion at Hampton Inn by Hilton Paris in Illinois, where she became known for her creative waffle recipes, like lemon waffles with themed garnishes. Now a Waffle Boss, she plans to develop new specialty waffle recipes for Hampton hotels nationwide.
- Salif Raymond – At Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach, Salif’s artistic background shines in his visually appealing and delicious waffle presentations. His passion for making guests smile through his creative recipes earned him the Waffle Boss title.
- Chris Smith – A front office manager turned food and beverage enthusiast at Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe, Chris blends creativity and hospitality in his waffle creations. His innovative approach, including a role in Hilton’s English Breakfast Waffle Trio campaign, has delighted guests and earned him the Waffle Boss honor.
As Hampton celebrates its 40th year, the Waffle Bosses follow the launch of the brand’s Birthday Cake Waffles, with more seasonal flavors set to rotate throughout the year. Guests can enjoy these signature breakfasts at over 2,400 Hampton by Hilton properties across the U.S. and Canada.
