Hyatt Hotels Corporation has unveiled Arizona’s first Grand Hyatt, the newly transformed Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, following a $115 million renovation of the former Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch.
The luxury resort now offers reimagined accommodations, vibrant dining options by celebrity chef Richard Blais, expanded pool experiences, and enhanced event spaces, all set against the dramatic Sonoran Desert landscape.

The resort’s 496 redesigned rooms, including 18 exclusive casitas and the grand two-story Gainey House, offer a mix of elegance and Southwestern charm with expansive mountain views.
