Grand Cayman Marriott has proudly announced the completion of an extensive renovation project, unveiling beautifully transformed rooms and suites that enhance the hotel’s signature “Summer House” ambiance.
This $20 million investment by London and Regional Group Hotel Holdings, Ltd. has modernized the property, incorporating fresh design elements that reflect the island’s natural beauty and the essence of its oceanfront setting.

The renovation increases the hotel’s room inventory from 299 to 301, featuring a variety of accommodations including rooms with King and two Queen beds, 16 Junior Suites with newly defined sitting areas, and two exclusive Ocean Suites offering separate living spaces on the 4th and 5th floors.
Four new Family Suites cater to families, couples, and groups, featuring bunk beds and King beds. These suites include an adjacent activity nook furnished with a custom-designed Calacatta marble table and a turquoise deck chair unique to the Summer House.
The redesigned rooms are characterized by a slatted screen that allows natural light to flow through, floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning ocean views, and pale oak floor planking that enhances the seaside atmosphere.
Modern amenities include 65-inch Smart TVs, upgraded lighting and surfaces, tailored furniture, and improved technology with multiple USB ports, charging stations, fiber optic Wi-Fi connectivity, and mobile keys. Most rooms now feature contemporary walk-in showers, while others offer relaxing soaking tubs.
In a commitment to sustainability, the hotel has chosen deck chairs crafted from Sunbury Design fabrics, noted for their quality and primarily made from recycled materials.
